Peter has developed and led innovative digital marketing strategies for more than 20 years. At Arkle, he works with clients on creating customer acquisition and retention programs that drive sales and a stronger company competitive advantage through the innovative use of technology. In the last 18 months, Peter and his team have vetted over 250 point solutions in the marketing and sales technology space, including mobile, data, video, identity, analytics, measurement, creative, dynamic content, virtual and augmented reality. Prior to founding Arkle, Peter held key roles in some of the best growth companies in Advertising and Marketing Technology, including Dotomi/Conversant, Omniture/Adobe, Avenue A/Razorfish & Arnold Advertising working with top retail brands such as Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Gap, Old Navy, Eddie Bauer, CVS, CIBA Vision, Palm Computing, Siebel Systems, T-Mobile, Comcast, and McDonald’s.
Mohan leads the Data Science and Performance Marketing practices at Arkle. He has been involved professionally in analytics and measurement for over 25 years with leadership experience on both the Services and Client side in roles spanning Consulting, Advisory and Team Building. Mo's Superpower is the intersection of Analytics and Multi-Channel Marketing. Most recently, Mohan led both the Business Data Science team and Growth and Retention Marketing teams at Square. Prior to this role, Mo led the Analytics team at Williams-Sonoma with a portfolio of Data Science, Catalog Modeling and Optimization, Customer Insights, Triggered Marketing, Clienteling and Marketing Attribution. Earlier, Mo was an Analytic Consultant for SAS in a variety of pre and post Sales roles in the US, Europe, India and in South Africa. Mo loves his family, his coffee and his sports teams - a ranking that is mostly invariant.
Jaafer helps Arkle's clients with innovation and growth strategies designed to increase customer acquisition and retention through experiences that people enjoy. A serial entrepreneur, he has helped build 4 companies (sold two), worked with Fortune 100 clients, and advised companies on strategic innovation, product strategy/management, and corporate development. Jaafer is a co-founder at Socialseek and also has his pulse on emerging technology and growth companies as an advisor to venture capital firms. Prior, Jaafer was at Accenture, developing digital strategies and solutions for global clients including Warner Bros., AOL, AT&T, Bell Canada, and more. When not at work or with family you can find him trying to stay fit and burning off his love of apple baked goods. Jaafer firmly believes you should do what you love.

Over the course of 20 years, Mark has had the privilege to work in retail/ecommerce for some very well known brands that have had one main constant, providing quality products or services to consumers without devaluing the brand and being careful about brand positioning in this digital age. Mark's roles throughout his career have allowed him to manage directly all acquisition, retention and CRM channels (loyalty and usage of CRM tech). Over the past 10 years, Mark's roles have been balanced between strategic and tactical, keeping his skills sharp while also having the responsibility to set the vision, strategy and forecasting for $100M plus ecommerce/digital businesses.
